Does anyone else suspect that the Bush administration hoped that they could claim that yesterday's steam pipe explosion in my beloved city was an act of terrorism?

I could hear their thoughts... "Damn, just a faulty pipe. Now how can we milk this Iraq thing... That would've been a good one."
And I was all up in arms ready to send thousands of troops to some horrible country where they can suffer the lasting effects of brain trauma.
oh I forgot to mention that it wouldn't do any good anyway.
