Nerd Alert
I love Husband, but he is evil sometimes. Back in January, he took a picture of a picture that my parents still proudly display in the living room as part of The Shrine to the Family. Husband finds this picture utterly hilarious (not that it isn't, albeit in my mind it is painfully funny). I think I was in third grade. Note the awkward phasing into puberty that is just on the cusp of destroying my life as I knew it. My sister is adorable, though. Nothing funny there.If you squint at the picture, you can see Sister's Husband's reflection. He clearly is enjoying a hearty guffaw at my sad pre-teen expense.

Actually, I think your sister's outfit is pretty funny.
Unfortunately, it was to mock me. Which is OK. You should see his awkward childhood pictures. And we both think the other is adorable, so in the end, it is taking for the good-hearted ribbing it is.
However, you rocked the Cabbage Patch Kid shirt. I would have been so jealous of that shirt.

Funny that you mention Beauty & The Geek - I was just watching it on TV at the gym yesterday. It's oddly addictive, but my sincerest wish is that they would get a season with stud guys and nerd women. Now that would make AWESOME TV, not that I want my nerd sisters turning into shaved/waxed snatch monsters...
