A 10 Lb. Reason Why I Do Not Look Like a Victoria's Secret Model

This is the ten pound Jacques Torres chocolate turkeythat Husband and I served at Thanksgiving, in addition to various other desserts, such as Future Sister-in-Law's mother's homemade chocolate ganache cake, which here looks like a turkey turd as it is behind the turkey's chocolatey ass, and Des's homemade vegan strawberry cheesecake. I did not eat the chocolate ganache cake, but the 3 lbs. of chocolate turkey that I swear I consumed and 3/4 of the cheesecake that I wolfed down were amazing.
